Automatic Garlic Packing Machine is suitable for not good liquidity products package with dimple multihead weigher to reduce the touching space between machine and products.
The video project includes following FIVE parts:
1. UMEO-620 vertical packer
Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former,printing date or logo or bar code etc,
sealing bag .
2. 14-Head Weigher
This is a dimple surface with 2.5 litre as per packed product feature.
Dimple design can reduce the touch surface between weight and fresh garlic to increase liquidity.
3. Z Type Material Elevator
Usually the feeding elevator should go with vibration hopper to increas feeding for multihead weigher,
Most of the food grade plastic hopper is 1.8 litre,but if very large capacity package that needs 4.0litre.
4. Supporting Platform
The most commonly used dimension is 1800(L) x 1800 (W) x 1800 (H)mm and sure customized size available;
Its main function is too support the multihead weigher.
5. Finished Product Conveyor
It is for finished pouch conveying to some places,such as a box,a container etc;
Sometimes,it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.
