Following are the steps for the multihead weigher installation of a complete packing machine

Step 1: Check all necessary parts.

Step 2: Install the 4pcs supporting wheels first.

Step 3: Use forklift to lift the weigher head to the platform.

Step4: Move it to platform by 4 people with your own steel tube and adjust it in the exact middle position.

Step 5: Install all bottom parts.

Step 6: Install all hopper as per its sign number one by one.

Step 7: Install the 2pcs correlation material photocell eye at the same level.

Step 8: Install the top hopper and check the photocell eye position.

Last Install the lack platform fence again and move the vertical packer and output in the correct position and onnect all wire well;Then the Whole Set Finished.

Installation, Adjusting & Commissioning

Installation and Adjusting: If required, the seller will dispatch the technician to your country for installation,commissioning, adjusting the machine and training the workers at your plant. However the buyer should take on all costs required during our technician’s stay in the buyer’s country, including visa procedure, round airplane tickets, accommodation, food, $150/day for allowance and out of pocket expenses.

Maintenance and Warranty

We will provide one year of maintenance and warranty period free of charge.The Buyer will carry out the maintenance tasks and we will supply and ship the replacement for defeated parts to the Buyer free of charge, except the damage is caused by Buyer worker.
