Following is the Z type material elevator installation steps: 

Step 1:  Check all necessary marked parts.

Step 2:  Connect some small pieces first as per sign for the vertical sheet.

Step 3:  Install the vertical sheet and fix all screws.

Step 4:  Install the top side of vertical sheet.

Step 5:  Install the both horizontal sheet and fix all screws.

Step 6:  Install all top gear and fixed mount

Step 7:  Loose the bottom gear before install the elevator chain (Key point).

Step 8:  Install 1^st chain to make every part into the correct position and lock it.

Step 9:   Make sure the 2^nd chain has a balance degree as 1^st chain before installation (key point).

Step 10:  Start to install 2^nd chain from the exact fixed position,if the chain is not long enough to lock,adjust the bottom screw,then lock it.

Step 11: Finished 2pcs chain installation; test and check both chains if loose; If loose,adjust the bottom screw to tight (key point).

Step 12: Turn the chains by hand to check if everything works well.

Step 13: Install 1pc hopper to turn a round again to check everything.

 Step 14: Install all hopper and check everything again.

Step 15: Lock the bottom gear , then cover all parts and fix all screws.

Step 16: Install side cover and fix screw.

Step 17: Install top hopper and cover,then check all screws.
