Pouch Feeding Station: automated magazine or conveyor loads pre-made pouches.Vacuum suction cups pick and open pouches.
Filling Station: matches with different measuring device for different products,e.g.servo-driven auger filler for powder,piston or rotor pump for liquid or paste or weigher filler for granule or snacks.
Gas Flushing (optional) : nitrogen or CO₂ injection to extend shelf life,critical coffee.
Sealing Station: heal-sealing jaws for top position and for powder with anti-dust sealer to make the sealing part as less powder stick on sealing position as possibly.
Discharge: conveyor ejects pouches for next process, e.g.output conveyor.
