Vent Valve Gussetted Bag Packing Machine UMEO-520D

The packaging machine has been shipped to Germany in March,2022 for roased coffee beans package.the package advantage is to exhause the bag air to keep the roased coffee as long time as possibly and easier for second package to delivery.

The whole package line has 6-parts

1. Vertical Packer UMEO-520T

Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former,printing date or logo or bar code etc and sealing bag. And the Human Interface Operation Screen is a customized for client's small operation space limited.

2. 2-Head Weigher UMEO-D02

The linear weigher is much more economic than multihead weigher and easy to operate

3. Z Type Material Elevator UMEO-S37

The Z material feeding is a sealed type which can keep the products clean during conveying on the whole production package.

4. Supporing Platform UMEO-Z01

It is usually dimple floor for antislip and its main function is to support the multihead weigher stably and easy for check the weigher.

5. Finished Product Conveyor UMEO-S20

The conveyor usually for finished bag conveying to some places,such as a box,a container;also it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.

6. Counting plate and Fiber Optic Conveyor

The function is to feed the vent valve to the conveying foil synchronously during production.
