The counting packaging machine is dedicated for counting,filling and packaging of small items,such as nails,nuts,screws,plastic spoons,wall plugs or fixings,washers,small spare parts,small hardware, small electronic components,and all small items in pillow-shaped, 3-side sealed bags.The whole package processes is packed items into the counting bowls with vibrating to feed into the conveying bucket hopper by the track feeding; usually each item needs one counting bowl at least;

i. 20-liter capacity stainless steel tank to stock the products.

ii. Vibrator, to facilitate product moving from the tank to the feeding tray.

iii. Tray to feed the products up to conveyor, with automatic counting system.

iv. Guides with special brushes to insure the product positioning inside the tray.

v. Motor with invertor to control tray rotation with group of sensors to adjust the required number.

It is for finished pouch conveying to some places,such as a box,a container etc;sometimes,it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.
