The customized dimple multihead weigher of 14 head packing machine has been shipped to Singapore in 2019 for frozen chicken,frozen meat,frozen meat ball and fried snacks package by nylon package material which will be storaged in freezing chamber after finished package;Comparing with common bopp/cpp,opp/cpp etc complex film,the most advantage of nylon material is avoiding break under -20 degrees condition; About the Thermal Transfer Printer (TTO),that's because the client uses the packaging machine for his OEM plant which means different clients have different labels on the package,and the TTO advantage is to print different information,such as address,phone number,LOGO, QR code,Bar code,product content etc which can meet OEM request well.

The whole package line is a multifunctional machines which includes 4 parts

1. Vertical Packer UMEO-420

Its main function for forming different size bag by different bag former,printing date or logo or bar code etc and sealing bag. And the Human Interface Operation Screen is a customized for client's small operation space limited.

2. 14-Head Weigher UMEO-D14

This is a dimple surface with 2.5 litre as per packed product feature;for frozen foods package,dimple surface can reduce the touch space to increase the products liquidity during production package processes.

3. Z Type Material Elevator UMEO-S37

The Z material feeding is a sealed type which can keep the products clean during conveying on the whole production package.

4. Supporing Platform UMEO-Z01

It is usually dimple floor for antislip and its main function is to support the multihead weigher stably and easy for check the weigher.

5. Finished Product Conveyor UMEO-S13

This is a customized for finished bag conveying to some places,such as a box,a container;also it can connect with turntable ,check weigher,metal detector etc.

6. Thermal Transfer Printer ( TTO ) UMEO-P01

TTO printer can print LOGO,address,phone number,bar code,pictures etc that's necessary for supermarker package.
